Currently residing and working in the heart of Nungua, Accra, a bustling fishing community
on the shores of Ghana, I am inspired by the dynamic interplay of my surroundings and the
resilient spirit of its people.
I navigate the realms of watercolor, seamlessly weaving it into a tapestry of visual
narratives that resonate with cultural depth and contemporary relevance.
My artistic
journey is an exploration of the intersection between heritage and the immediate
environment, transcending boundaries to create pieces that not only connect the viewer to
their ancestors but also celebrate the inherent beauty within the quotidian.
I use art as a medium to project the struggles, beauty and lifestyle of the everyday
Ghanaian and hope my works serves as a voice for the voiceless and hope to the people of
my community and the African community at large.
